Please note that the essence of a handmade product is that it doesn't look machine made. It is artesanal and unique. If you desire an item that looks machine made, please continue looking, and I hope you find something that you love.
If you would like to break payment up into multiple payments I am happy to do it. Just let me know and we can arrange it.
All items that are listed as READY TO SHIP - ship within two
business days. Items that are not can take up to 4 weeks from the order
date. I will email you the tracking info when the items are sent.
I ship USPS Priority or first class USPS mail in the states. I can ship faster if needed as well as insured if you are interested. Just let me know.
If you have any questions about a shipment that has been sent please contact USPS with the tracking number to follow up. Not responsible for lost packages or packages shipped to incorrect/incomplete addresses.
International orders are shipped USPS Experess International mail. If you would like tracking or insurance,
Any taxes or customs fees will be paid by the buyer.

If you are in need of a resizing please contact me. Prices range from $15-$35 depending on the metal and how much of a size change is needed.
I am not responsible for items lost by the post office or damaged by the post office. I provide delivery confirmation within the US and default to that to prove if an item has been delivered to you.
I do offer insurance if you are interested, please let me know.
